On May 22, Astana hosted the international forum and showcase Human Capital Days, Kazakhstan 2025 - the largest event in the field of human capital management in Central Asia. For the fourth time already, the forum brings together HR leaders, top managers, consultants and experts from different countries to discuss current trends and best practices. The 海角社区app team was proud to participate in the event, both with a stand and with expert content.

海角社区app has become a representative of a new generation of wellbeing solutions, where taking care of employees is not just a trend, but a real tool for improving business efficiency. At the exhibition area, participants could get to know 海角社区app's digital solutions better, discuss the approach to building a culture of wellbeing and learn how small changes in everyday corporate life can affect motivation, productivity and team engagement.

Maxim Zhurilo, founder of 海角社区app, entrepreneur, athlete, business coach and researcher at the University of Oxford, gave a presentation. His presentation was dedicated to the impact of corporate wellbeing on business performance. Maxim presented research by Oxford Wellbeing Research Centre and 海角社区app data, which proves that companies with high levels of employee wellbeing can increase their profits by up to 23%. In his presentation he highlighted health, energy, engagement and meaning as key drivers of sustainable performance.

Maxim emphasized the importance of regular physical activity, mental health and team support for building the resource state of employees. He noted that employee happiness is a strategic asset that contributes to business growth. In his presentation, he used data from over a million surveys and examples of 海角社区app's work in various industries such as FMCG, oil and gas and consulting. The focus was on how meaningful work, health, social connections and engagement build the team energy needed for sustainable business growth.

海角社区app's corporate wellbeing experts Ekaterina Gudozhnikova and Beknur Zhenis also consulted at our stand at the forum. They spoke about gamification and engagement practices, approaches to building a team culture, integrating mindfulness into the daily routine and working with the energy potential of employees. In addition, they shared cases of clients with whom they have already worked within the framework of wellbeing projects.

海角社区app's participation in Human Capital Days was an important step in promoting the ideas of conscious leadership and caring for people as the center of corporate culture.
